Delivery

For custom-made jewellery delivery time is mentioned separately on the product page. For other products in stock, delivery times are as follows:

FINLAND 

Postal parcel 0€ - 2-4 working days

Free delivery to your nearest Posti Parcel Point. You can choose to receive an SMS and/or email from Posti when your parcel is ready for collection. 

Pick up from the store 0€ - 1-3 working days

You can pick up your shipment at Macor Jewellery showroom, Annankatu 13, 00120 Helsinki, Finland. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick-up. Our showroom is open Mon-Fri 10-18.00 by appointment. Our customer service will contact you to arrange a suitable pick-up window. 

Home delivery €11 – 3–5 working days

Home delivery 3–5 working days for evening delivery at an agreed time by 9:00 p.m. Posti will contact you to arrange a time that suits you and if you are not available, the item will be delivered to the nearest Post Office for collection. 

EUROPE 

DHL Express 0€ - 2-5 working days - climate compensated shipments

DHL will contact you with the delivery time and any alternative delivery windows or pick-up points in your area. The signature of the recipient of the shipment is required.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, as well as other country-specific taxes related to the delivery. 

Made-to-order products   

We manufacture products in small quantities, with some items made to order. For these products, the delivery times vary and are stated separately in the product description. As soon as the product is available, it is sent out to the customer.

If an order includes both made-to-order products and in-stock products, we will send them separately.   

Made-to-order products are processed in the same way as a normal order and payment is taken from your account when ordering. These products come with normal return rights.
