Resizing

RESIZING:

Currently, we are offering this service only in Finland.

• We offer one complementary resizing within six months of purchase of the ring for purchases made in Finland. For white gold rings, this includes re-rhodium plating. Please note that the complimentary resizing does not apply to discounted or engraved products, nor purchases outside Finland. International customers should place a return and exchange instead.

• For any additional resizing work, as well as for resizing engraved and discount products, we charge as follows: yellow gold and platinum rings 80€ and white gold rings 100€, as white gold rings need to be rhodium-plated again. 

• Resizing takes about 5 days, after which the ring will be sent back to you.

• A full eternity ring cannot be resized, but must be exchanged.

• A ring with side stones can be adjusted up to half a size. If the required size is larger, the product must be exchanged for a new one. We can exchange an unused product in an original condition within 30 days. 

• If you would like to resize your ring, please contact our customer service team with your order number: hello@macorjewellery.com. We will give you instructions for delivering the ring to us.

• The customer is responsible for the postal delivery of the product and the associated postal charges when ordering a resizing. Customers outside Finland may request a complimentary resizing, but the customer is responsible for all postage fees, that include return and re-delivery.
