Returns and exchanges

TERMS OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN

  • We offer exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Engraved items or customized products are non-returnable/non-refundable.
  • All pieces must be returned in an unworn condition and in their original packaging. 
  • If you received IGI diamond certificate, this must be returned with the product.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

How to return

1. Request a return label by an email: hello@macorjewellery.com or log in to your account and request a refund for the product you want. 

2. You will receive a confirmation email when your request has been approved. We will then send you a return label and instructions. 

3. Pack the products in their original packaging. If the package came with an IGI certificate, return this as well.

Once the return request has been accepted by us, the product must be returned within 14 days. If necessary, it is the customer’s responsibility to prove that the product has been returned within the time limit, for example with a postage receipt.  

In Finland, products purchased from our online store can also be returned to our Macor Jewellery showroom at Annankatu 13, 00120 Helsinki, Finland. Please contact us before hand to book a time slot for returning the item.

25 EUR - the amount will be deducted from the total amount of the purchase.

Processing your return 

When we receive a product, we inspect it. Once the refund is approved, we will refund the original amount to the card or account the payment was originally made from. We will process the refund within approximately three days of receiving it, but it may take 3–7 working days for the refund to appear in the customer’s account. If the item is returned damaged additional fees may apply (that will be redacted from the return price.)

Unclaimed parcels

There will be a 30 EUR charge for all associated fees related to return delivery and handling costs for unclaimed parcels. This fee will be deducted from the order return price.
